However, my visits to your office have been three of the best visits I have had. Your office—from the waiting room to procedure room—is warm and comforting and your staff is excellent in every way. You performed a hysterectomy on me in June of ’08 and I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great care you have given me. After my surgery, I referred my mom to you and she also had a hysterectomy and loved you. I have a friend going though some female issues now and immediately suggested she travel to see you. As I explained to her the great bedside manner you have and the excellent doctor you are, I felt compelled to make sure you knew too! I just wanted to say "Thank You" for the wonderful experience I had at your office. I have never been in an office where the ENTIRE staff was as warm and caring and friendly. Please let me know if there is ever anything I can do for you, your staff, or any of your patients. We run our office very similarly, where we treat our patients like old friends and family. I have avoided scheduling appointments for needed annual exams due to a horrible experience I had earlier in life. I was extremely terrified of pap smears and thought I could never go through one again. Your staff made me feel comfortable, took time to listen to my fears, and understood my concerns.
